What are preorders?

Preorders are items that are currently in manufacturing! They will arrive much later than regular products, the wait can be up to three months. These designs are often limited as well. I make sure to keep my socials updated about these processes, and you can contact me anytime to ask about the manufacturing status.

I often drop preorders in sets of 6, though occasionally have pairs or trios of previously done characters to restock them.

Preorders and Shipping

If you order preorders alongside regular items, the regular items will be held back to be shipped together alongside the preorder, saving you on shipping!

If you want your regular items shipped immediately, please order preorders and regular items in separate carts to ensure you pay the correct amount of shipping!

Yes!

The timeline is viable to fluctuate based on how much support we get for initial pre-orders, for example, if we are overwhelmed by orders, it'll take longer to organize ordering higher stocks, e.t.c. If we have too few orders, it could take a while to reach the required goal before manufacturing can begin, which would also lengthen the process.

And so truly, there is no solid timeline BUT there is one we can aim for- hoping we get the funding we need, which is around 100 total ordered plushies, we can have them dispatched orderly.

Initial pre-orders - January to February

Manufacturing begins - End of February to April

Plushies reach me and are dispatched - May to June

Plushies arrive - Late June, early July

This is hoping there are no roadbumps along the process and manufacturing (Which is out of my control) goes according to plan.

International Shipping:

Shipping takes 9-12 days, excluding customs time, from dispatch to arrive from me to you! make sure if you need something by a deadline to spare some extra time, since customs can add an extra few days to a week if they're being fussy. All orders come with a tracking code (Sent through dispatch notification)

Shipping is also free if you buy over 2.5 kilos worth (Each plush is 300 grams for reference) you get free shipping! I know prices are very costly because I am based in Australia, so I'm very grateful for anyone's understanding <3

All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs, VAT and duties.
